Before you ever install epoxy coatings on a floor, you want to make sure all of the cracks are repaired properly so they don’t come back to haunt you in the future. Of course you can never guarantee cracks will not return again, but using the correct materials (CFS-Fast Set Epoxy Crack Filler) reduces the chance significantly.

This material sets extremely fast and not only works for cracks, but works to repair spalls in concrete also. You simply mix it with sand and then after it cures in about 15 minutes you can grind it and open it to traffic immediately.
This material should be a staple in every warehouse.
We have been performing emergency repairs in high traffic areas in numerous warehouses across the country with this material.
This material is available on our store:

  1. Great product. I went a little further and used a diamond wheel on the cracks, wire brushed, vacuumed and then put down the sand. Was worried the odd shaped cracks wouldn’t be clean enough without doing that. Nearly invisible

  2. I'm going to be tackling this project for my garage floor this spring. I will be purchasing the CFS-FAST SET EPOXY CRACK FILLER SPALL REPAIR for the cracks and spalls but I also have a pot-hole about 16"x30"x1" deep. Can I also use the fast set and some sand for that size of a crater?
    Thanks!

  3. Curious your thoughts on this method versus using cabosil? My first thought would be your method saves more product as you can make smaller mixes. However, it seems like it takes longer as you make multiple mixes. Also, with cabosil if you get all the excess off there is no need to grind. Thanks in advance!
