Before you ever install epoxy coatings on a floor, you want to make sure all of the cracks are repaired properly so they don’t come back to haunt you in the future. Of course you can never guarantee cracks will not return again, but using the correct materials (CFS-Fast Set Epoxy Crack Filler) reduces the chance significantly.

This material sets extremely fast and not only works for cracks, but works to repair spalls in concrete also. You simply mix it with sand and then after it cures in about 15 minutes you can grind it and open it to traffic immediately.
This material should be a staple in every warehouse.
We have been performing emergency repairs in high traffic areas in numerous warehouses across the country with this material.
This material is available on our store:

Hi there! Can this repair method and epoxy seal be used on a cement basement floor or is it only for outdoor/above ground spaces, i.e. garages or warehouses?
What would you recommend for a deep chip or broken out area for filler??? And what's a good warehouse grade epoxy??? Smthingbthat cam handle water and lots of heavy equipment??
Great product. I went a little further and used a diamond wheel on the cracks, wire brushed, vacuumed and then put down the sand. Was worried the odd shaped cracks wouldn’t be clean enough without doing that. Nearly invisible
Great video. However, can we see the final result?? I want to see what it looks like in the end.
Looks like drawing a picture 😀. Thanks for sharing
I'm going to be tackling this project for my garage floor this spring. I will be purchasing the CFS-FAST SET EPOXY CRACK FILLER SPALL REPAIR for the cracks and spalls but I also have a pot-hole about 16"x30"x1" deep. Can I also use the fast set and some sand for that size of a crater?
Thanks!
Hi, can you answer me this question?
This product take stain?
Thanks
Do you patch or etch first?
Is that going to stop the floor from cracking in the long run? Just more cracks are going to start.
My garage look exactly like this one. Can you tell me what type of grinder to use?. Can I just use an angle grinder, and if so what grinding wheel should I use?. Thanks.
Curious your thoughts on this method versus using cabosil? My first thought would be your method saves more product as you can make smaller mixes. However, it seems like it takes longer as you make multiple mixes. Also, with cabosil if you get all the excess off there is no need to grind. Thanks in advance!
Where can I get the little chair cart you use to grind???
