Today’s urgent restoration in a luxury apartment near Old Street, London 🔥
The owner is preparing to sell the property, but just before the viewings, a cabinet door fell and left a small dent in the wooden floor. 😭
And when buyers are coming to view the apartment soon… even a small defect matters. 👀
No time to replace the flooring.
The damaged area was carefully rebuilt, colour matched, the wood grain recreated, and the finish blended into the surrounding floor. ✨
Emergency repair completed — ready for the viewing.
